Italian
born Fabio Centini was Executive Chef of Le
Latini, a critically acclaimed restaurant in
Montreal whose clientele included heads of
states, international sports and entertainment
celebrities and local business people.
While
in Montreal, Fabio was the Canadian chef for
the Grand Prix Ferrari team and hosted many
exclusive food and wine events for the major
Italian wine producers. In 1995, he was
invited to cook at Italy's prestigious
VinItaly Wine Fair. Fabio has been a
regular guest chef at the Ritz Carlton Hotel
and was the host of a popular Italian cooking
course in Montreal. He moved to Calgary
in 1996. |
