Chef Centini is a classically trained Italian chef with an almost endless repertoir of master dishes from the Italian countryside. His food sensibility is tempered by a preference for lighter sauces which enhance the flavor the natural ingredients. His risottos, created from the finest imported Vilano Nano specialty rice, has been written about for years. As well, his Osso Bucco, work with wild game and light touch with fresh fruit, caramels and chocolate, will leave guests satisfied but not over stuffed.
